I worked with Sam from Silicon Pools over the course of a couple of months and he was wonderful! He installed a small, salt water pool at my home and did an excellent job. He told me it would be easy to maintain, and it definitely is—I’m so happy with the final product. We wanted an estimate on a pool renovation that would help with our bird problem (our pool has become a glorified birdbath). A real person answered the phone when I called, took some notes, and said that I would be hearing from Bob. A few hours later Bob called and scheduled a time to come over two days later. He was right on time (maybe a few minutes early). He spent a solid hour going over options with us and explaining risks associated with each option.
