We wanted an estimate on a pool renovation that would help with our bird problem (our pool has become a glorified birdbath). A real person answered the phone when I called, took some notes, and said that I would be hearing from Bob. A few hours later Bob called and scheduled a time to come over two days later. He was right on time (maybe a few minutes early). He spent a solid hour going over options with us and explaining risks associated with each option. He graciously answered all our random questions about pools in general. His experience and knowledge is invaluable. ~ Shannon B

I worked with Sam from Silicon Pools over the course of a couple of months and he was wonderful! He installed a small, salt water pool at my home and did an excellent job. He told me it would be easy to maintain, and it definitely is—I’m so happy with the final product. Sam had a game plan to do what was in my best interest, not in his. He said we would start with the least expensive approach and go up from there. I needed the least expensive. The other two pool companies I spoke to did what was in their best interest and said that only the most expensive approach would work without even trying . Sam is a man of integrity all the way. Building our pool with Silicon Pools was a great experience. This is the third pool we’ve put in our home and by far the best experience. Sam was easy to work with and involved with the entire process.
